Our Story
Hi there, my name is Ruth. I have been in the food and beverage industry most of my life. I spent the majority of that time in management, until a few years ago when I had a life altering car accident. Being unable to work for a bit gave me the chance to reflect upon what I really wanted to do with my life.
When the opportunity to buy my cart fell into my lap I jumped at the chance, and I truly love my new life. I finally get to indulge my passion to feed people. My entire family and the majority of my friends have worked in or on the cart over the last few years, and it brings me joy to meet new people every day and share my love of food with them.

Our Food
Food brings people together. Beyond basic nourishment food, to me, is love.
Because of that, it's important to me to use fresh ingredients and I enjoy using different spices and herbs to bring food to life. My biggest problem is remembering that my cart is small and I can’t cook everything I want to! I love to create a variety of dishes, and make it part of my mission to have something for everyone, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options.
